HOW A PNEUMATIC CONVEYORS WORK
The pump or the suction unit creates a vacuum inside the transferring line (piping and material arriving filter) which generates an air flow that transports the product. The vacuum generated by the suction unit must be able to produce the flow rate necessary for the transport of the material where the following conditions give effect on it: fluency, particle size, specific weight and physical characteristics of the conveying line (pressure loss).
