S01-Soft Start Valve
Description
Janatics soft start valve S01 is used in the line to control the initial flow to protect the pneumatic elements.
The supply air reached the outlet port through the needle valve fitted in the main valve.
The outlet pressure build up is approximately 55 % to 75 % of supply pressure [ pressure switching time].
In this condition valve cone opens completely and the full flow achieved.
The switching time delay can be adjusted by the needle valve. In built flush type pressure gauge.
The line air exhausted thru this valve.
Can be mounted in individually in any pressure line using nipples.
Modular mounting with FRL is possible.
Clamp also provided for mounting the valve.
Available Sizes : G1/4” & G1/2”
Working pressure range : 4 to 10 bar
