DS2-G1/4 Manually
Hand Lever / Push Pull (Knob) Operated
3/2 Hand Lever / Knob Operated with Spring Return Valve: When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated the IN, OUT and Exhaust ports are directing the air to supply or atmosphere. When the Hand Lever / Knob is released, the valve returns to normal position due to spring.
3/2 Hand Lever / Knob Operated with Detent: When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated ports are directing the air to supply or atmosphere. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated the valve returns to normal position. The positions are locked due to detent.
Types: Normally Open, Normally Closed
Ports: IN, OUT and Exhaust ports
Available sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2
Maximum Working Pressure:
- G1/8 - 8 bar
- G1/4, G1/2 – 10 bar
Normally Open: In the main valve IN and OUT are connected in Normal condition, Exhaust port is closed. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated, in the main housing IN and OUT ports are disconnected. OUT and Exhaust ports are connected.
Normally Closed: In the main valve IN is closed. Out and Exhaust are connected in Normal condition. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated, IN and OUT ports are connected. Exhaust is closed.
5/2 Hand Lever / Knob Operated with Spring Return: This valve in normal position Inlet connected with one Outlet, another Outlet connected with one Exhaust. Another Exhaust is blocked. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated the IN, OUT and Exhaust ports are directing the air to supply or atmosphere. When the Hand Lever / Knob is released, the valve returns to normal position due to spring.
5/2 Hand Lever / Knob Operated with Detent: This valve, in normal position, Inlet connected with one Outlet, another Outlet connected with one Exhaust. Another Exhaust is blocked. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated the IN and another outlet is connected. OUT and Exhaust port is Connected. Another Exhaust is closed. When the Hand Lever / Knob is operated the valve returns to normal position. The Positions are held by the detent in the valve.
Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports
Available sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2
Maximum Working Pressure:
- G1/8 - 8 bar
- G1/4, G1/2 – 10 bar
5/3 Hand Lever Operated valve
Blocked: This valve has 3 stages. In the middle position all the ports will be blocked.
Energised: In the middle position the IN port is blocked. Both the outlet ports are connected to both Exhaust ports.
Exhausted: In the middle position both Exhaust ports are in blocked condition. Both the outlet ports are connected to Inlet port.
Spring Cantered:
When the Hand Lever is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the Hand Lever is operated to another position, the valve operated to get another desired position. When the Hand Lever is in mid position the valve will be in middle position. These positions are precisely achieved by the Spring provided in the valve.
Detent:
When the Hand Lever is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the Hand Lever is operated to another position, the valve operated to get another desired position. When the Hand Lever is in mid position the valve will be in middle position, all ports are blocked. These positions are precisely achieved by the detent provided with the handle.
Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports
Available sizes: G1/4, G1/2
Maximum Working Pressure: 10 bar
