Description
Janatics Air Filter with External Auto Drain (F1…-NA1) Series can be fitted with F1 series filter assembly, F13, F14, F15 and F17 also can be fitted with FRC13, FRC14, FRC15 and FRC17.
In the bowl assembly adaptor assembly mounted at the bottom to fit the External Auto Drain Assembly.
The Inter Auto Drain assembly is covered with housing and top cover to perform as External Auto Drain Unit.
The Internal Auto Drain is normally open type.
When the pressure inside the housing is less than 2 bar, the water automatically drained through the valve assembly provided with the auto drain.
When the pressure rises more than 2 bar the valve automatically closes.
The Internal Auto Drain has a float assembly and piston assembly provided for auto drain function.
When the water is collected, the float is lifted to open the valve to drain the water.
After draining it comes to the normal position.
Manually the stem can be pushed upward to drain the water, which is provided outside the bowl assembly.
Above the float assembly, bowl filter provided to protect the orifice of the Auto Drain unit from dust blocking.
This unit can be Externally mounted and easily serviceable.
The adaptor assembly and filter mesh suitable for ordering separately to assemble with the Filter or FRC unit.

The maximum working pressure recommended is 10 bar.
