Description

The Janatics Filter Regulator Combination (FRC3…) Series is a combination of filtering and regulating the compressed air, in one unit. Manual Drain fitted for draining the content collected inside the bowl.

It uses a separator with a shield for efficient moisture removal, in the compressed air.

1. Air Filtration: The bronze filter element is mounted to remove contaminants from compressed air. Polyethylene filtering element also recommended. The filter element is available in different micron sizes: 1, 5, 25, 40, 50, and 100 (µm). The 40 (µm) option is recommended as standard. These options are available for bronze and polyethylene filter element.
2. Pressure Regulation: The required pressure setting is done by lifting the knob and clockwise rotations given to increase the set pressure. The knob rotated Anti clockwise to reduce the pressure. The pressure gauge fitted denotes the outlet pressure. After setting the required pressure the knob is pushed to lock. Padlock provision is provided to secure the pressure setting value.
3. Features: Diaphragm operated relieving type. Balanced poppet given for pressure compensation. Venturi provided for flow compensation. Built in Non-Return Valve (NRV) for air flow in reverse direction.
4. Manual Drain: Polycarbonate bowl with Polyamide bowl guard, quick release bayonet type, assembled with a manual drain for draining the water collected in the bowl. The standard Manual Drain has a Screw type drain plug which can be operated to drain the water.
5. Inbuilt flush type pressure gauge recommended for measuring the outlet pressure, which can be fitted on both sides.

Technical Specifications

1. Regulating Pressure Range: 0.2–2 bar, 0.2–4 bar, 0.5–7 bar, and 0.5–8.5 bar.

Available Sizes:

1. The FRC33, FRC35 (G1/4, G1/2) have a bayonet-type bowl guard with a Venturi and NRV.
2. Adapter plate recommended with thread for mounting thread type pressure gauge.
3. Mounting: Filter can be mounted in line using the IN / OUT ports. Mounting bracket is recommended to mount the Filter. Panel Mounting also possible with the provided thread. Modular mounting recommended.
4. Working Pressure Range: 0.8 to 10 bar.
