Description
Janatics FRC [Light weight] is a combination of Filter and Regulator in a common housing.
Filter with Manual Drain Series has a bronze or Plastic filter element for filtering contaminants from the compressed air.
Separator assembled for efficient moisture separation.
Polycarbonate bowl with Polyamide bowl guard assembled with a screw type manual drain for draining the water collected in the bowl.
This manual drain assembly is recommended as standard. Bronze filter element has various micron sizes for filtering the contaminants.
For servicing the product inbuilt service indicator provided.
The indicator turns from green to Red for service indication.
For mounting the filter clamp is provided. In the modular unit this can be mounted.
Filtration(µm) 1, 5, 25, 40, 50, 100. In these 40(µm) Recommended as Standard.
Regulator assembly is an Air Pressure Regulating device used for setting / controlling the compressed air pressure based on the circuit requirement.
The output pressure is less than the input pressure.
The required pressure setting is done by lifting the knob and clockwise rotations given to increase the set pressure.
The knob rotated Anti clockwise to reduce the pressure.
The pressure gauge that fitted denotes the outlet pressure.
After setting the required pressure the knob is pushed to lock.
Pad lock provision is provided to secure the pressure setting.
Diaphragm operated relieving type. Balanced poppet given for pressure compensation.
Venturi provided for flow compensation.
Built in Non return valve allows free flow in reverse direction.
Quick release bayonet type bottom plug.
Panel mounting provision & Modular mounting possible.
Optionally Front-end cover, adopter plate for mounting, threaded pressure gauge.
Clamp for mounting provided.
For modular mounting piping adaptor assembly, wall mounting bracket assembly, Clamp & Bracket assembly are used for connecting the FRCLM Unit.
Available Sizes : G1/4, G1/2.
