Description

Janatics FRLM3 series, is a set of pneumatic air preparation elements Filter, Regulator and Lubricator are joined together using accessories and mount them compactly.

Air Filter with Manual Drain (F3) Series has a bronze or Plastic filter element for filtering contaminants from the compressed air.

Separator assembled for efficient moisture separation

Regulator [R3] assembly is an Air Pressure Regulating device used for setting / controlling the compressed air pressure based on the circuit requirement.

Panel mounting provision & Modular mounting possible.

Optionally Front-end cover, adopter plate for mounting, threaded pressure gauge.

Clamp for mounting provided.

Lubricator (L3) is mixing the oil into the compressed air stream for use in the pneumatic elements.

This lubrication is required to improve life, performance and reduce wear.

Compressed Air passes through the inlet are mixed with oil as Mist which comes through the outlet.

For modular mounting piping adaptor assembly, wall mounting bracket assembly, Clamp & Bracket assembly are used for connecting the FRL Unit.

Available Sizes : G1/4, G1/2.

Filtration(µm) : 1, 5, 25, 40, 50, 100. In these 40(µm) Recommended as Standard.

Pressure setting Range : 0.2 - 2 bar, 0.2 - 4 bar, 0.5 - 7 bar, 0.5 - 8.5 bar.
