1. Panel Mounting, In-line Installation, Suitable for Modular Mounting

Janatics Regulator (R3) is an Air Pressure Regulating device is space saving model, used for setting / controlling the compressed air pressure based on the circuit requirement. The output pressure is less than the input pressure. Built-in Non Return Valve(NRV) and Venturi provided.

Pressure Regulation: The required pressure setting is done by lifting the knob and clockwise rotations given to increase the set pressure. The knob rotated Anti clockwise to reduce the pressure. The flush type of pressure gauge fitted denotes the outlet pressure. After setting the required pressure the knob is pushed to lock.

Features: Diaphragm operated relieving type. Balanced poppet given for pressure compensation. Venturi provided for flow compensation. Inbuilt Non-Return Valve (NRV) allows free air flow in reverse direction when the inlet air pressure is reduced or below the set pressure. Inbuilt flush type pressure gauge can be mounted on both sides. For Tamper Proof function padlock provision given on the knob. Quick release bayonet type bottom plug.

Technical Specifications

1. Available Sizes: G1/4, G1/2.
2. Regulating Pressure Range: 0.2 – 2, 0.2 – 4, 0.5 – 7, 0.5 – 10 bar.
3. Port Provided in the housing for Mounting the Pressure Gauge on both sides.
4. Mounting: Bracket is recommended for mounting the Regulator. In the bonnet thread provided with nut, suitable for panel mounting. Can be mounted in line using the IN / OUT ports. Modular Mounting is also recommended.

1. Adapter plate available with thread for mounting the pressure gauge with thread. For 1/4, 1/2 series – G1/8.
