Janatics External Pilot Operated (DS2) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and two External Air Pilot for pilot operation. When the Air Supply is connected in the Pilot port, pilot piston is actuated. It actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the Air Supply is connected with another pilot port, the main valve returns to the normal position.

Spool Type valve:

Janatics DS Series valves consisting of pilot stage valve and main valve with Spool type. To mount multiple valves in a row Manifold is recommended. 2, 4, 6 and 8 valves can be mounted. The unused position can be blocked by Cover Plate Assembly. For Plug type manifold the valve can be mounted using plug. The unused position can be plugged by dummy plug.

3/2 Double External Pilot Operated:

Types: Normally Open, Normally Closed

Ports: IN, OUT and Exhaust ports

Available sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2

Normally Open: In the main valve IN and OUT are connected in Normal condition, Exhaust port is closed. When the Air Supply is connected in the Pilot port, pilot piston is actuated. It actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. Main housing IN and OUT ports are disconnected. OUT and Exhaust ports are connected. When the Air Supply is connected with another pilot port, the main valve returns to the normal position.

Normally Closed: In the main valve OUT and Exhaust are connected in Normal condition; Inlet port is closed. When the Air Supply is connected in the Pilot port, pilot piston is actuated. It actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. Main housing IN and OUT ports are connected. OUT and Exhaust ports are disconnected. When the Air Supply is connected with another pilot port, the main valve returns to the normal position.
