Janatics ISO Size 3 valve is recommended for subbase as per ISO 5599-1. Solenoid Pilot Operated Spool Valve (DS4) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and 2 solenoid operated (Internal pilot) valves for pilot operation. This valve has 3 stages. In the middle position all the ports will be blocked. When one solenoid (Electrical) pilot valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the solenoid valve is deenergised, and the other solenoid is energised the main valve returns to another position. When both the solenoids are not energised the valve will be in middle position, all ports are blocked.

Spool Type valve (ISO Size 3):

Janatics DS4 Series valves consisting of 2 pilot stage valves and main valve with Spool type. This valve is suitable for ISO 5599-1, Size-3 subbase. The subbase is having the ports for air connection. The Valve can be mounted on the subbase and fitted on the machine. With the ISO recommended drilling pattern, the valve can be directly mounted on the machine also.

5/3 Double Solenoid Operated valve - Blocked:

  1. IN, OUT and Exhaust: Suitable for ISO Size 3 subbase.

In the main valve 3 positions arrived. In the middle position all ports are closed. In the second position when one solenoid is energised in the valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed. In the third position when the second solenoid is energised the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When both the solenoids are in deenergised condition, all ports are closed / not connected, main valve comes to the normal position. A Spring provided inside the valve to keep in normal position. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided. Both the solenoids should not be energised simultaneously.
