DS2-(3/2 & 5/2-Mushroom Head Push Function - RED Color
Janatics Compact DS2 – Panel Mounting Valves are direction control valve with panel mounting type knob. The Basic 3/2 or 5/2 mounted with an adaptor unit with locking provision for the panel switch. This Adaptor unit can accommodate variety of switches. According to the switch type the panel thickness is recommended. For locking the valve assembly in the panel, a knob provided with panel switch. Varieties of panel switches recommended for fixing on the valve.
8.30 DS2-(3/2 & 5/2) – Mushroom head push turn
Janatics compact valve DS2 panel mounting types are 3/2 and 5/2 with Mushroom head push turn. When the knob is pushed and turned, in the valve IN, OUT and Exhaust ports are directing the air to supply or atmosphere. When the knob is turned to home position again, the valve returns to normal position due to spring in the valve.
Types:
- 3/2 – Normally Open, Normally Closed
- 5/2 way
Spool Type Valve:
Janatics DS2 Series valves consisting of push and turn type knob and main valve with Spool type. An Adaptor unit holds the knob for performing the function. A Spring is provided to position the valve in normal condition.
3/2 Normally Open: In the main valve IN and OUT are connected in Normal condition, Exhaust port is closed. When the knob is pushed and turned, in the main housing IN and OUT ports are disconnected. OUT and Exhaust ports are connected. When the knob is turned to home position again the valve returns to normal position.
3/2 Normally Closed: In the main valve IN is closed. Out and Exhaust are connected in Normal condition. When the knob is pushed and turned, in the main housing IN and OUT ports are connected. Exhaust is closed. When the knob is turned to home position again the valve returns to normal position.
5/2 way: In the main valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed, in the normal condition. When the knob is pushed and turned, the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When the knob is turned to home position again the valve returns to normal position.
