DS2 - 5/3 Hand Lever Operated Spring Centered-Exhausted Type

Janatics Hand Lever Operated Spool Valve (DS2) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and Hand Lever and Spring for manual operation to operate the valve. This valve has 3 stages. In the middle position the IN port is blocked. Both the outlet ports are connected to both Exhaust ports. When the Hand Lever is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the Hand Lever is operated to another position, the valve operated to get another desired position. When the Hand lever is in middle position, the valve will be in middle position. These positions are precisely achieved by the Spring provided in the valve.

5/3 Hand Lever Operated valve with Spring Centered - Exhausted:

Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports

Available sizes: G1/4, G1/2

Maximum Working Pressure: 10 bar

In the main valve 3 positions arrived. In the middle position the IN port is blocked. Both the outlet ports are connected to both Exhaust ports. The Hand Lever is operated left side for the second position. In the second position in the valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed. The Hand Lever is operated right side for the third position. In the third position when the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When the Hand Lever is in middle position, the main valve comes to the middle position. These positions are precisely achieved by the Spring provided in the valve.
