DR2-4/3 - Hand Lever Operated (Mid-Position Blocked)

Janatics Rotary Slide Valve Series DR2 is to provide smooth and accurate manual directional control in pneumatic systems. By rotary actuation the positions arrived. Janatics DR2 Series rotary slide valves have one model. These valves can be mounted on the machine surface with the holes provided in the body. Panel mounting also possible.

In these valves 1 Inlet, 2 Outlets and 1 Exhaust is provided.

4 / 3-way Mid position Blocked

1. In this valve all the four ports are closed in the mid position.
2. When the hand lever is rotated 45 degrees from the mid position in the anticlockwise direction outlet port is connected to Inlet. Another Outlet is connected to Exhaust.
3. When the hand lever is rotated 45 degrees from the mid position in the Clockwise direction outlet port is connected to Inlet. Another Outlet is connected to Exhaust.
4. These positions are held by Detent to keep the position of the handle without any change.
5. When the Hand Lever is kept at the mid position both the outlet ports are connected to Exhaust. Inlet is closed.
6. This valve is with Nil overlap during handle operation.
