EF-5/2 Double Solenoid Operated

Janatics Solenoid Pilot Operated Spool Valve (EF) consists of a main stage valve, and 2 solenoid operated (Internal pilot) valves for pilot operation. When the solenoid (Electrical) pilot valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the solenoid valve is deenergised, and the other solenoid is energised the main valve returns to the normal position.

Poppet Type valve:

Janatics Poppet type valves consisting of 2 pilot stage valves and main valve with poppet construction. No Lubrication required. To mount multiple valves in a row Manifold is recommended. 2, 4, 6 and 8 valves can be mounted. The unused position can be blocked by Cover Plate Assembly. For Plug type manifold the valve can be mounted using plug. The unused position can be plugged by dummy plug.

5/2 Double Solenoid Operated valve:

Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports

Available sizes: G1/4

In the main valve IN and 1 Outlet & 1 Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected in the normal condition. When the solenoid is energised the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. When the solenoid is deenergised, and the other solenoid is energised the main valve comes to the normal position. Manual Operator Push turn and lock provided in the pilot solenoid valve.
