EL2-5/2 Double Solenoid Operated
Janatics Pilot Operated Solenoid Valve (EL) consists of a main stage valve and two solenoid operated valves for pilot operation. When the solenoid (Electrical) pilot (Internal pilot) valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the second solenoid is energized, the main valve returns to normal position.
Diaphragm operated poppet type valve:
Janatics Diaphragm operated poppet type valves consisting of pilot stage valve with diaphragm, main valve with poppet construction. The pilot valve solenoid should be operated one at a time. Both solenoid valves should not be energized simultaneously.
5/2 Double Solenoid Pilot Operated with Spring Return:
Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports
Available sizes: G1/4, G1/2
In the main valve IN and 1 Outlet & 1 Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected in the normal condition. When one solenoid is energized the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. When the second solenoid is energized, the main valve comes to the normal position. Manual Operator Screw or Knob type, provided in the pilot solenoid valve.
