Description
Janatics Air Filter with Internal Auto Drain (F1…-LA) Series has a bronze filter element for filtering contaminants from the compressed air.
Seperator assembled with Shield for efficient moisture separation.
Metal bowl assembled With Level Indicator.
The Internal Auto Drain is normally open type.
When the pressure inside the bowl is less than 2 bar, the water automatically drained through the valve assembly provided with the auto drain.
When the pressure rises more than 2 bar the valve automatically closes.
The Internal Auto Drain has a float assembly and piston assembly provided for auto drain function.
When the water is collected, the float is lifted to open the valve to drain the water.
After draining it comes to the normal position.
Manually the stem can be pushed upward to drain the water, which is provided outside the bowl assembly.
Above the float assembly, bowl filter provided to protect the orifice of the Auto Drain unit from dust blocking.
Bronze filter element has various micron sizes for filtering the contaminants.
Filtration(µm) 1, 5, 25, 40, 50, 100. In these 40(µm) Recommended as Standard.
F14, F15, F17 - G3/8, G1/2, G3/4, G1.
The Level Indicator shows the level of the water collected inside the bowl.
The maximum working pressure recommended is 10 bar.
