Description
Janatics Lubricator (L1) series is with polycarbonate bowl with bowl guard, mixing the oil into the compressed air stream for the use in the pneumatic elements. This lubrication is required to improve life, performance and reduce wear. Compressed Air passes through the inlet are mixed with oil as Fog/Mist which comes through the outlet.
For controlling the oil, a needle arrangement is fitted on the housing. By adjusting the needle, the oil drop is controlled which can be visually seen by the transparent oil drop indicator mounted on the top. The lubricator fitted with Polycarbonate bowl and Metal bowl guard. The oil inside the bowl is sucked by the suction tube and passes through the valve and controlled by needle valve. The oil level can be seen visually in the polycarbonate bowl for refilling. For filling the oil, a plugged threaded port provided on the housing.
Recommended oil for lubrication is SERVO SYSTEM 32 (or) an equivalent with Viscous Grade 32.

Available Sizes:
- L13 – G1/4 is having Bowl with Threaded bowl guard.
- L14, L15, L17 - G3/8, G1/2, G3/4, G1 is having bowl with bayonet type bowl guard.
- Mounting: Bracket is recommended for mounting the Lubricator. Can be mounted in line using the IN / OUT ports. Modular Mounting is also recommended.
- The maximum working pressure recommended is 10 bar.
