DS2-5/2 Single Solenoid Operated With Spring Return

Janatics Solenoid Pilot Operated Spool Valve (DS2) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and a solenoid operated (Internal pilot) valve for pilot operation. When the solenoid (Electrical) pilot valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the solenoid is deenergised, the main valve returns to the normal position.

Spool Type valve:

Janatics Spool type valves consisting of pilot stage valve and main valve with Spool construction. To mount multiple valves in a row Manifold is recommended. 2, 4, 6 and 8 valves can be mounted. The unused position can be blocked by Cover Plate Assembly. For Plug type manifold the valve can be mounted using plug. The unused position can be plugged by dummy plug.

5/2 Single Solenoid Pilot Operated with Spring Return Valve:

Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports

Available sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2

(In G1/4 size valve IN and Out ports are G1/4. Exhaust ports are G1/8)

In the main valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed, in the normal condition. When the solenoid is energised the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When the solenoid is deenergised, the main valve comes to the normal position. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided.
