Janatics Pilot Operated External air pilot Valve (DS2) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and 2 External air pilot operated valves for pilot operation. This valve has 3 stages. In the middle position both Outlet ports are connected with Inlet port. The Exhaust ports are in blocked condition. When one External air pilot port is Energised, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the other External air pilot valve is energised, the main valve returns to another position. When both the External air pilot ports are not energised the valve will be in middle position.

Spool Type valve:

Janatics Spool type valves consisting of 2 pilot stage valves and main valve. To mount multiple valves in a row Manifold is recommended. 2, 4, 6 and 8 valves can be mounted. The unused position can be blocked by Cover Plate Assembly. For Plug type manifold the valve can be mounted using plug. The unused position can be plugged by dummy plug.

5/3 Double External air pilot Operated valve - Energised:

Ports: 1 IN, 2 OUT and 2 Exhaust ports

Available sizes: G1/8, G1/4, G1/2

In the main valve 3 positions arrived. In the middle position both Outlet ports are connected with Inlet port. The Exhaust ports are in blocked condition. In the second position When one External air pilot port is energised in the valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed. In the third position when the second External air pilot is energised the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When both the External air pilot ports are in deenergised condition Outlet ports are connected with Inlet port Exhaust ports are blocked, main valve comes to the normal position. A Spring provided inside the valve to keep in normal position. Both the External air pilot ports should not be energised simultaneously.
