DS3-NAMUR Standard - 3/2 Single Solenoid Operated With Spring Return

Janatics Solenoid Pilot Operated Spool Valve (DS3) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and a solenoid operated (Internal pilot) valve for pilot operation. When the solenoid (Electrical) pilot valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the solenoid is deenergised, the main valve returns to the normal position.

Spool Type valve (NAMUR):

Janatics DS3 Series valves consisting of pilot stage valve and main valve with Spool type. The valve can be mounted directly on the machine surface as per the NAMUR Standard fitment. An adapter plate used for 3/2-way requirement.

3/2 Single Solenoid Pilot Operated with Spring Return Valve:

Types: Normally Open, Normally Closed

1. IN and Exhaust ports are threaded.
2. Outlet – 1 No - as per NAMUR Standard

Available sizes: G1/4, G1/2

Normally Open: In the main valve IN and OUT are connected in Normal condition, Exhaust port is closed. When the Electrical signal operates the pilot solenoid valve, in the main housing IN and OUT ports are disconnected. OUT and Exhaust ports are connected. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided.

Normally Closed: In the main valve IN is closed. Out and Exhaust are connected in Normal condition. When the Electrical signal operates the pilot solenoid valve, IN and OUT ports are connected. Exhaust is closed. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided.
