DS3-NAMUR Standard - 5/2 Double Solenoid Operated

Janatics Solenoid Pilot Operated Spool Valve (DS3) consists of a main stage valve Spool design, and two solenoid operated (Internal pilot) valve for pilot operation. When one solenoid (Electrical) pilot valve is actuated, it actuates the main stage valve to get the desired position. The main valve position opens or closes the flow path in the main body. When the solenoid is deenergised and the second solenoid is energised , the main valve returns to the normal position.

Spool Type valve (NAMUR):

Janatics DS3 Series valves consisting of pilot stage valve and main valve with Spool type. The valve can be mounted directly on the machine surface as per the NAMUR Standard fitment.

5/2 Double Solenoid Pilot Operated valve:

1. IN and Exhaust ports are threaded.
2. Outlet – 2 Nos - as per NAMUR Standard

In the main valve IN and 1 Outlet is connected another Outlet and 1 Exhaust are connected. Another Exhaust is closed, in the normal condition. When one solenoid is energised the port connections for supplying the air and exhausting the air are changed. IN connected with another Outlet & Outlet with another Exhaust. And one Exhaust is closed. When the second solenoid is energised , the main valve comes to the normal position. To operate the solenoid pilot valve Manual Operator is provided.
